Linking Response and Your eCommerce Solutions

Overview

ResponseLINK integrates with select eCommerce providers and marketplaces such as Commerce V3 (CV3), Shopify, Amazon, Magento and Volusion allowing Response to communicate with your web store. Using this interface, XML or JSON is sent via the
ResponseLINK interface to update inventory items, categories, and pull down orders from the Web Store into Response. Other tasks can be accomplished as well!

Pricing for the ResponseLINK licensing is $50 / website connection.

ResponseLINK eCommerce Functionality Matrix

In addition to the eCommerce carts listed here, ResponseLINK can integrate directly to
your custom shopping cart using a “generic connector.” At a high level, the custom web
service will need to provide POST requests for the following use cases:

• Orders available for download
• Marking orders as downloaded
• Marking orders as confirmed as shipped

Use cases for a custom eCommerce cart can be expanded upon as requested by the
customer.
